BrandBrain by Tacheon

All your brand's data and context, in one place.

Live data, living context.

Most teams today export a report, paste it into Claude and hope they gave it the right context. BrandBrain brings every data source you run into your own Google Cloud, with a written record of how your business works on top. Your team asks a question in plain English and goes from data to decision in minutes instead of hours.

Your numbers sit in 15+ tools, and nobody sees them together

Across the brands we've mapped and worked with, the data lives in the same kinds of places:

Your store and checkout

Two or more payment gateways

Multiple marketplaces

Multiple courier partners

Two or three ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads)

Web and app analytics

WhatsApp

Spreadsheets

Nobody planned it that way. It grows one operational fix at a time. A payment gateway can't do QR codes, so a second one gets added. A courier doesn't cover some PIN codes, so a second courier comes in.

"We'll check and come back."

The founder asks a question in the review. The answer arrives two days later on the WhatsApp group, after the decision was already made.

"We're doing it, but it's not structured."

The team already uses Claude. Someone exports, merges and cleans the data first, every time. Two people ask the same question and get different answers, because each gave it different context.

"Everyone has their own setup."

Each person uses Claude on their own login, with their own prompts and context. Nothing is shared, so every good answer stays with one person and leaves when they do.

We build the base once. Everything else sits on top of it.

01

All your data in one place

Every source you run lands in BigQuery in your own Google Cloud project, refreshed automatically. By a source we mean anywhere your data lives: your store, each marketplace, each ad account, your courier, your checkout, even the MIS spreadsheet.

02

Your business, written down

We write down how your brand works: products, channels, campaigns, what each table means, and the known errors in each source (a free gift counted as a sale, an ad platform claiming orders twice). This is the brand brain. When the team learns something new or corrects an answer, it gets written in, so the knowledge stays when people leave.

03

Claude for each team

Each team gets its own Claude project with only the data it needs. Your marketing team's Claude doesn't need to be told not to look at the P&L. It doesn't know the P&L exists.

04

Handed over to your team

It runs on your accounts, under your billing. Your team uses it from day one. We stay on to keep it running if you want us to.

Quick answers, MIS dashboards and alerts (like "your bestseller's hero size just ran out") are all things you build on top of this base.

From first call to your team using it

STEP 1

A 30-minute call

We go through your stack with you, tool by tool, and agree which sources go in first. No forms to fill in before the call.

STEP 2

One email on your domain

You create automation@yourbrand.com. Your Google Cloud project, the access to each source and the Claude setup all sit under it, billed to you. You can switch it off any time.

STEP 3

Build

We connect the sources, write the brand brain and set up a Claude project for each team.

STEP 4

Your team uses it

Your team starts asking questions on their own data. Training comes once the data is connected.

Core sources and Claude live in about 2 weeks from full access. Everything else in about 4 to 5 weeks. Sources that need API access from a vendor depend on how fast that vendor gives it.

What it found at brands like yours

Neither was visible from any one tool on its own.

Men's apparel brand

The team knew cancellations were up. BrandBrain showed it was Rs 7.67L in two months and traced it to Shopify showing stock the warehouse did not have on about 1 in 6 in-stock variants. Cancellations were back to 3.3% the next month, from 8.7%.

Premium personal-care brand

A retention vendor's 16.2x ROI claim verified at 8.5x. WhatsApp sends that failed by accident became a control group, and showed the win-back journey added no measurable repeat orders.

How it's priced

Our fee

One setup fee for the data sources we agree on the call. You see the list before you sign. If you add a source later, it's priced on its own.

Monthly maintenance. Marketplace and ad platform APIs change, access tokens expire, and pipelines break quietly. When that happens, the numbers go stale without anyone noticing. Maintenance means we catch and fix that, keep the brand brain up to date, and stay on call for your team.

Monthly by choice, no term. No lock-in and no notice period. You keep us on for as long as it's useful.

We quote after the first call, once we know your sources.

Running costs, billed to you directly

Claude Team seats, bought in your name, for each person who will use it.

Google Cloud, for storage and queries, billed by Google to your account. We set a budget alert so it is never a surprise.

We don't mark these up. We'll estimate both for you on the call.

Training comes after the data is connected

Train a team before their data is connected and they practise on toy examples, then go back to old habits. So we train once the build is live, on your own numbers.

We also train each team separately, because a creative team, a performance team and an analytics team need different things from Claude. Most people on a team already use it, and few use it well. Google has had advanced search operators for 25 years, and almost nobody uses them. Claude is going the same way.

Your warehouse stays in your cloud

Your project, your billing.

Everything is built in your own Google Cloud project, under automation@yourbrand.com. We work inside it as invited users. Remove our access and we're out.

Read-only by default.

It reads from your sources. It doesn't change campaigns, prices or listings. Your team decides what to do.

Access by team.

Each team's Claude project only sees the datasets you choose for it. Warehouse access can be restricted the same way.

Claude on your own business plan.

You buy the Claude seats in your name. What Claude reads to answer a question goes to Anthropic, and under the business terms it is not used to train models. If you want the AI itself to run through your own cloud account, ask us about our Private AI option.

Some connectors, such as Amazon Seller, run through Tacheon's approved app. Where that's the case, we tell you which ones before you sign.

Questions founders ask us

We already use Claude. What's different?

Most teams use it by exporting a report and pasting it in. That still means someone exports, merges and cleans the data first, and every answer depends on what that person remembered to include. Here Claude is connected to all your sources and to a written record of how your business works, so the answers come from the same data and the same context every time.

We built some context on a shared login already. Can we keep it?

Yes, we bring across the context you've already written and build on it. Chat history depends on the account type, so we don't promise that.

How do we control who sees what?

Each team gets its own Claude project with only the data it needs, and access to the warehouse can be restricted per dataset. Non-technical staff never need a warehouse login.

When you say a data source, what counts?

Anywhere your data lives: your store, each marketplace, each ad account, your checkout, your courier, your WhatsApp tool, even a spreadsheet the team updates every month. Each one is a source.

Do we need you after it's set up?

It's built on your accounts, so you could run it without us. Most brands keep us on because marketplace APIs change and pipelines break quietly, and someone has to catch that before the numbers go wrong. Maintenance is monthly, by choice, with no term.

How long does it take?

Core sources and Claude live in about 2 weeks from full access, everything else in about 4 to 5 weeks. Sources that depend on a vendor's API access move at that vendor's pace.

What does it cost to run every month?

Two things, both billed to you directly: Claude Team seats for each user, and Google Cloud for storage and queries. We set a budget alert on Google Cloud so it is never a surprise. We confirm both for your setup on the first call.

See it working on a demo brand
